Dear Patients,
This is a friendly reminder of our current financial policy. We will be unable to schedule patients for any future appointments with outstanding balances. Our office understands how difficult it is to deal with insurance companies and understanding your benefits. It is the patient's responsibility to be aware of their insurance deductibles, coinsurance, and copayments. We accept Care Credit and provide applications in our office. Paying your balance in full will keep your account in good standing which will allow us to provide continued care without any interruptions.
